These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Brave Path mobile application ("the App") provided by Veronika Keilani, operating as The Brave Path ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the App

The App provides guided course programs including meditations, practices, and journaling tools for personal development. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App content
  • Use automated systems to access the App
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. Some features of the App, such as cross-device sync and practice history, require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some content in the App requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

  • Subscription fees are billed through your Apple ID account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings under Subscriptions
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to text, audio, images, and software — is owned by The Brave Path and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE BRAVE PATH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
